Skylar - Owner and Instructor

After a bout with depression in 2013, Skylar realized she needed a change. She turned toward minimalism with intent to simplify her life and cut stress out as much as possible. In her pursuits to find all things relaxing, she dabbled with Buddhism and, TADA, found her passion in yoga and meditation. She received her accreditation for yoga instruction from the Hawaii School of Yoga and has been making a difference one life at a time since 2015.

These days Skylar can be found loving life and teaching all forms of yoga classes in her SoCal boho-inspired studio. Whether you are just starting out or already passionate about healing your body and soul, Skylar can’t wait to meet you!

Sophia - Instructor

Sophia was a gymnast when she was in school and took yoga classes to help with flexibility. Even after stopping gymnastics once hitting university, Sophia continued with yoga and meditation. She has found that yoga allowed her to relax and kept her active. She got her accreditation for yoga instruction while in university and ran a yoga club, to share her love of yoga with others.

Sophia teaches many different types of yoga but enjoys the higher energy and faster paced yoga most. She is excited to meet you and push each other forward toward our goals.

Samuel Portrait

Samuel - Instructor

From a young age, Samuel always was interested in yoga. He found that there were a lot of stereotypes about yoga that were untrue and pushed people away from wanting to start in the first place. This was something that upset him, so he decided to do something about it.

Samuel now enjoys teaching all ages different forms of yoga. He hopes that he can encourage others to explore the joys of yoga and meditation regardless of stereotypes.

Sara Portrait

Sara - Instructor

Sara grew up very active as a child, but it led to some consequences, such as issues with chronic back pain. She began taking yoga classes to help manage that pain, she completely fell in love with yoga. She saw how yoga was able to help her, and she was inspired to use yoga to help others too.

Sara teaches all types of yoga but loves teaching slower forms of yoga that really focus on connection between the body and mind. She is hoping that you will join her in the journey to better us.

Sabrina Portrait

Sabrina - Instructor

Sabrina first got into yoga during college when she was struggling with stress from balancing life and her early childhood education classes. Due to her background in early childhood education she has been able to combine her love of teaching children and yoga together to create curriculums for kids and family yoga.

Sabrina mainly teaches yoga classes aimed toward yoga as a family and beginning yoga course for children. She is excited to share all of the positive benefits of yoga with your family!
